All in-store purchases may be exchanged for store credit within 21 days of purchasing or receiving your items. All custom orders, including rings that have been resized, are final sale.
Domestic Online Orders
Domestic orders placed online may be returned within 21 days for a refund. If you would like to return or exchange your order, please email email@example.com with your original order number to request a return authorization. All special orders, custom orders, and custom ring sizes are final sale.
We are always happy to assist you in person and can process your return or exchange from our shop.
If you can’t make it in, items must be shipped in a box or padded envelope with a tracking number at the responsibility of the customer to the following address:

All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original box. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. Authorization requests can be made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your exchange item will ship courtesy of Still House. We must receive items within 21 days of the original ship date. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse the return if merchandise does not meet our standard. Still House is not responsible for return items if they are lost or damaged in transit.
International Online Orders
All items purchased online internationally are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for taxes, tariffs, and fees. Still House is not responsible for items held at customs. We recommend tracking your order diligently using the tracking number provided via email.
